1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 30jl platform, including the website at 30jl.vu, the 30jl mobile application, and all services and features accessible through either. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 30jl platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account or continue using the platform. Access to the 30jl platform is a privilege, not a right, and may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the provisions set out in these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and 30jl. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 30jl, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 30jl does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines and not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of 30jl or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 30jl account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

30jl reserves the right to request age verification documents and identity documents at any point during the registration process or at any time thereafter. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 30jl account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions initiated, and all communications sent through your account. 30jl will treat any action taken through your account credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

You are required to keep your personal details accurate and up to date at all times. If your name, contact number, email address, or payment details change, you should update your account information promptly. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or cause complications during KYC verification.

30jl may ask you to verify your identity, address, or payment methods at any point. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms and is required to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform. Verification documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or gift your account to another person.
• 30jl reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts identified through automated or manual review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 30jl are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any point in the transaction process. The payment methods available on the platform include Philippine mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation from your payment provider. 30jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible, as required by standard anti-money laundering practice.
• Processing times vary by method. The indicative timelines are displayed in the payment section of your account.
• 30jl reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

30jl offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free credits, and VIP-tier rewards. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read carefully before you opt in.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 30jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6 Game Rules and Conduct

All games available on 30jl — including live casino tables, slots, eBingo, and any other category — are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the respective game suppliers. In the event of a discrepancy between how a game result appears on your screen and the result recorded in the game server's logs, the server record is definitive.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 30jl platform:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or display malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a known or apparent error are void and will not be paid out.
• Collusion with other players or with live casino dealers to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players, live dealers, or 30jl support staff.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gaming.

30jl monitors gameplay activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in breach are subject to immediate suspension pending investigation, with potential permanent closure and forfeiture of balances where serious breaches are confirmed.

7 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 30jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes generated for your account. Do not share these details with any other person under any circumstances.

30jl will never ask you for your password through email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

Your account is protected by SSL encryption across all sessions, and OTP verification is applied to registration and to sensitive account actions such as password changes and withdrawal requests. You are advised to use a unique, strong password for your 30jl account and to update it regularly.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

30jl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• At the account holder's own request, including via self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held in trust. If the investigation confirms a breach, 30jl may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be made available for withdrawal.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method following the standard withdrawal timeline.

11 Limitation of Liability

30jl provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure consistent uptime and accurate game results, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party technical issues, and factors outside our control may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 30jl's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose. 30jl is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

30jl may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or by email to the address on file. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the 30jl website.

Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date of the updated Terms.
